Absolutely. You may use both a physical SIM card and an eSIM card in the compatible device.
eSIM doesn’t come with a phone number. Our Lines include mobile data plans only, which you can use with any free or paid local phone number services, like TextNow or Google Voice. You also can make free voice calls and send text messages using such popular applications as WhatsApp, Facetime, Telegram, Messenger, etc. It also works with any VoIP technology like Skype, Viber, Hangouts, etc. eSIM and physical SIM cards can be used in any eSIM-enabled or dual-SIM device. You can continue using the phone number from your main operator on 1 eSIM/SIM card slot and use data on another eSIM/SIM card slot.
Data roaming occurs when you use a data connection outside your carrier’s coverage zone. Your mobile network can make substantial charges for roaming outside your network coverage zone, and you may end up with an enormous bill without realizing it.
Using only Wi-Fi is the most obvious way to minimize or eliminate data roaming fees. Keep in mind that it is not a foolproof method for many of us because our phones or tablets are often needed most while we are on a move and not while we are sitting in an internet café or a hotel lobby (remember that most of the hotels still profit by charging for Wi-Fi). It is important to mention that public internet access is not secure, and you are much more prone to identity theft when using a public Internet connection. You will be more protected by using your own secure mobile connection.

According to our Privacy policy, when ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter personal information like your name, email address, and credit card information. Please note that if our alert system marks your order as fraudulent, we must confirm that you placed the order. To prove that, you must provide a copy of your photo ID and a scanned copy of your credit card.
You may be sure of a private internet connection as we provide you with a Privacy IP address. Privacy IP address prevents other websites from tracking your real location through an IP address. Other websites can determine your real physical location if you use your real IP address. They can sell this information to advertising agencies or other bad actors. It can be used to profile you and combine with other personal information to determine your real name, physical address, interests and  other personal data. You can check what other websites see based on your IP by browsing to this site https://www.iplocation.net/

Privacy IP provides you with IP addresses that can not be used to determine your real location. That is why you see web advertisements in other languages. Because advertisers can not profile you based on your IP address, and they just show general ads. Depending on your data plan, you get a Hong Kong, France, Spain, USA and other Privacy IP addresses. To find information about the IP address you get, go to your account on our website > eSIM Lifetime Plan Lines menu> find More details button under the Refill button.
No matter where your travels take you, your connection to the internet will be private and secure. Password protected encryption means you’ll never have to worry about questionable public Wi-Fi networks and information leaks.
With eSIM, you can have a private internet connection as we provide you with a Private and Residential IP address. You don’t want other websites to know your physical location or advertising companies to sell your personal data to other companies or be tracked by them on the Internet? That’s what a Private IP address protects you from. Most modern applications use encryption to protect customer data, but some outdated apps don’t. Then VPN service is useful, as it does provide additional encryption. We don’t provide additional encryption. VPN also provides you with a Private IP address. Our service is much faster than VPN, because we don’t use servers in between. We provide you with residential Private IP addresses, that are not detected as proxy or VPN addresses. It allows you to use many services that are blocked for you when you use a VPN. Depending on your eSIM plan, you get a Hong Kong, France, or USA Private IP address.
Please note that the origin of the eSIM in your possession is Spain. As a result, some websites can determine your location as Spain and even aren’t allowed to be opened. For such cases, please use Opera browser with the interior VPN and choose the US IP address. Besides Opera browser, you could also use such free VPN services as ProtonVPN and Psiphon, which also give a free US IP address. You can download both the desktop and mobile versions of these services.
Apply it in your account on our website. Find the “Lines” menu* click on “More Details” on the Line’s managing panel and find the “Redeem Free data” button. Bonus coupon codes may be applied only for active Lines. Enter the coupon code and click on “Apply.” Done, the bonus data is on your balance! Each coupon code can be used once per account. You can also apply the code if you click on Refill. You can apply the code in the field under the data packs.

If you have several Lines under the different plans, you’ll see separate Lines menus.
The validity period of your data depends on the data refill bundle you purchase. You can choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days, depending on the Travel eSIM plan you select.
A Travel eSIM is a digital SIM card that covers a specific country. It comes with various data refill bundles, each with its own validity period and data allowance.
If you do not use all the data in your refill bundle before its expiration date, the unused data will expire and cannot be carried over to the next period.
You can buy as many Travel eSIMs as you need. There is no limit to the number of Travel eSIM lines you can have.
If you use up all the data in your bundle before expiration, the line becomes deactivated, and the bundle activation status becomes “Finished.” You can top up to continue using the line.

Coverage

We collaborate with the major carriers worldwide to ensure you receive the best connection. Most largely populated areas have great cellular signals, and your mobile device will work without disruptions. However, many factors can prevent you from getting good mobile coverage. You may be able to get weak or no signal due to limitations in topography (the surroundings), network architecture (the location of cellular antennae) and capacity (the number of callers communicating in the area at a given time). If you have concerns regarding the coverage in the area you are traveling to, please contact our customer support in advance. You may also visit websites listing dead spots organized by service providers and location.
Travel eSIM bundles operate on 1, 2, 3, or even 4 major networks within the countries they encompass. To access a list of operators for your eSIM bundle, please log in to your account on our platform, select the specific line for which you want to check coverage, and click on ‘Countries & Networks’.

Yes, absolutely. The eSIM works on all devices that support the eSIM technology, including iPads, HP Spectre Folio, Lenovo Yoga 630, Windows 10 PCs, etc.
In order to confirm that your device supports eSIM, you will need to find its “eSIM IMEI” number by following the steps below.
Samsung devices
  1. Go to Settings
  2. If in Settings you see a search bar, type in “IMEI”, and the option “IMEI information” (or similar) should show up (otherwise, you will need to go to About phone> Status).
  3. Tap “IMEI information”. If the “IMEI (eSIM)” is available, it should mean that your device supports eSIM.
Other Android devices
  1. Dial *#06# and press call
  2. In case your device is eSIM capable, you should be able to view your device’s eSIM unique identification number (EID)

An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical nano-SIM. To learn if your iOS device is eSIM compatible, you will need to:
  • have an iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 12.1 or later
  • Make sure your devices are carrier unlocked:
    – Go to Settings> General> About.
    Scroll down to view the “Carrier lock” section.
    – It should say “NO SIM restrictions”, which means that the device is unlocked
  • Scroll down to view the “AVAILABLE SIM” (iOS 15 and newer) or “DIGITAL SIM”(older iOS versions) section. It should contain an IMEI under AVAILABLE SIM or DIGITAL SIM, which means that the device is eSIM compatible. If eSIM already has been activated, the SIM IMEI will be displayed in the “eSIM” section.

 eSIM on iPhone is not offered in mainland China. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), and iPhone XS feature eSIM.

Before we get started, you need to see which version of Windows 10 your notebook uses, follow these steps:

    • Approximately 1,024 kilobytes (Kb) make up one megabyte (Mb).
    • The next measurement up is gigabyte (GB), which is made up of 1,024 Mb.
    • 1 GB Data Package is great for occasional usage. To give you an idea of what a 1 GB of mobile data might look like for typical use, please refer to the table below. Please note that these calculations are estimates only.

    1GB (1024 MB) of data on a Smartphone:

    • 100000 text only emails
    • 130 minutes of video calling
    • 2600 online page visits
    • 12000 minutes of GPS navigation
    • 350 photos upload and download
    • 1000 minutes of streaming music files
    You will be able to enjoy 4G/LTE speeds on networks around the world. 5G is not available yet, but may be achieved with certain eSIM bundles in some locations. Please note that such factors as your location, device’s model, and weather may affect the data speed and connection quality.
    Some of the most common internet activities that may cause high data usage are:
    • automatic system, mobile app, and cloud updates;
    • prolonged video streaming sessions;
    • online interactive gaming;
    • movie/torrent downloads;
    • photo synchronization and in-browser video/audio auto streaming.

    Wi-Fi calling is the ability to use the voice service over a Wi-Fi connection. eSIMs are data-only plan eSIM, and we do not provide voice service. On the other hand, we recommend using any supported VoIP app, such as Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc., to make calls via an internet connection. Or TextNow, Ring4, etc. can give you a free phone number or free calling minutes to call any local number.
    eSIM card allows unlimited tethering, which works with most mobile device models in most countries. If you use either of our eSIM bundles, you need to change the APN settings of the personal hotspot to mobile.three.cm.hk to make it work on your iOS and Android devices.

    Sometimes, the personal hotspot option doesn’t appear immediately after the APN is changed. In such cases, we recommend you wait until it shows up and turn off/on eSIM to activate it.

    To activate eSIM tethering on your eSIM-enabled iOS device, take the following steps:
    • Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
    • Turn on “Allow Others to Join.
    • Tap on “Wi-Fi Password” to create a password for your hotspot.
    • Finally, you can connect other devices to iOS device’s hotspot to share internet connection.

    To activate eSIM tethering on an eSIM-enabled Android device, take the following quick steps:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & tethering.
    • Tap on “Wi-Fi hotspot.”
    • Under “Wi-Fi hotspot,” you’ll see an option for “Sharing connection via eSIM.” Toggle this option on.
    • You can now connect your other devices to your Android hotspot to share its internet connection.

    Lifetime Bill Protection is an optional feature you can activate when the Auto-Refill option is ON. It allows you to set a personal limit on your data charges to prevent excessive costs.
    With Bill Protection, you can set a maximum amount for your data charges. You will receive notifications when you reach 85% and 100% of this limit. When you hit 100%, your Travel eSIM line will be deactivated, and you will need to refill it via your account manually. You can enable or disable Auto-Refill and Bill Protection separately for your Travel eSIM lines.
    No. For example, if you use the USA_travel bundle, you can top up with any USA bundle but not other bundles (meaning you cannot refill your USA travel bundle with data bundles for the Portugal_travel bundle). For example, for the “Algol 10 GB / 30 days” bundle, you can choose “Algol 3 GB / 7 days,” “Algol 50 GB / 30 days,” etc.
    The top-up bundle starts counting days after the first usage of its data.
    If you top up when the previous bundle has expired but still contains unused data, the top-up bundle will become active upon first usage, and the data from the top-up will be utilized separately. Data from different top-ups is not combined or consolidated.
    If you purchase multiple top-ups, they are used in a “First-In, First-Out” (FIFO) order.
    If your line has been deactivated, purchasing a top-up will reactivate it, allowing you to use the new bundle.
